Unconscious Bias Training

The Canadian Council of Business Leaders Against Anti-Black Systemic Racism advances education by delivering unconscious bias training to organizations to enable leaders, managers, and employees of participating organizations to recognize, acknowledge and minimize any potential blind spots they may have to systemic racism. Currently, due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, the Training is being delivered virtually via videoconferencing, in the future the Training will be delivered both remotely and at the physical offices of the requesting organizations.
The Training will be proprietarily developed by the Canadian Council of Business Leaders Against Anti-Black Systemic Racism’s staff and volunteers who are educated in psychology, communications management, organizational leadership and who have previous experience executing communication and change management strategies and developing and facilitating training.
